      I have a student worker who can create the online registration form for your conference provided with the following materials:
      · A mock-up of what you would like the registration form to look like
      · Any images that you would like included (logos, pictures of campus, etc.)
      · A description of how you would like the data collected, including:
      o Anticipated sorting or filtering needs
      o Confirmation emails or email notifications and the email addresses for those recipients
      · Final data format (e.g., online report, exported CSV file, etc.)
      With those materials and your date you would like it to go live, I will assign a student!

      Your attendees will need to make their reservations prior to the cut off date, February 15, 2012. Any rooms remaining in the block after February 15, 2012 will be released into general inventory. From that point, anyone calling to make reservations will need to speak with me directly. I will do my best to provide them with rooms at the group rate, based on availability.
